MES Tender: Emergency Works for PAF Bases — DW&CE (PAF) Chaklala (Closing 2026-10-19)

Military Engineer Services, Office of DW&CE (PAF) Chaklala invites sealed tenders for emergency works in light of PPRA Rule 42-c(v) of 2004. Tender Notice No.4021-71-FSL/Advt/02/E-4 dated 30 Sep 2026. Tenders must be received by 11:30 Hrs on 19 Oct 2026 and will be opened at 12:00 Hrs the same day. Reference PID No. 3015/26.

Application & tender document issuance: Contractors must submit applications with complete credentials (as per Serial 9). Tender documents will be issued only to firms with sufficient relevant experience and meeting special conditions for the job and area; only scrutinized contractors will receive documents.

Eligibility and conditions: Contractors must provide a certificate that they are not involved in litigation with any government department and that no special report of the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ) is outstanding against them. All contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit a copy of their PEC registration. Only contractors on the approved MES list in categories 'A' and 'B' with relevant experience should apply.

Other information: Contractors may be present at tender opening. The Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender; rejected tenders will be dealt with as per Para 33(1) of PPRA Rules.
