The Lahore High Court has issued a summons in C/ORS No. 28831/2026 under the Financial Institutions (Recovery of Finances) Ordinance, 2001 (Ordinance No. XLVI of 2001). The suit for declaration, cancellation of documents and permanent injunction is filed by Zulfiqar Ahmad Khan Saeed against The Bank of Punjab and several individuals/businesses named in the notice.
