E-Tender: Revamping of Ladies Club — Municipal Corporation Sahiwal (Closing 2026-10-24)

Municipal Corporation Sahiwal invites e-tenders from registered firms/contractors on an item-rate basis under the PPRA E-Tendering system using the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Participating contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category/codes and hold GST/NTN/PST registration. Registration on the Punjab e-procurement portal is mandatory.

Bid documents, specifications, eligibility criteria and other requirements are available on the Punjab e-procurement system and the PPRA Punjab website from the date of publication. Bid security must be submitted digitally; physical instruments (CDR, pay order, demand draft, etc.) will not be accepted. Bids without a valid Digital Bank Guarantee will be rejected. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Security equal to 10% of the contract price in the form prescribed in the bidding documents. Unit rates must be quoted in figures and words for each item. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject bids and to increase or decrease item quantities prior to or after issuance of work order.
