GCU Lahore Tender DP/CASP/002/26-27 — Atomic Force Microscope & Photoluminescence System

Issuer: Government College University, Lahore. E-Bids are invited under Rule 38(2)(a) PPR 2014 (Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure) for two separate lots. Eligible bidders: firms, companies, general order suppliers, manufacturers engaged in trading, registered with relevant registration and tax authorities (Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax etc.), holding a Professional Tax Certificate for FY 2026-2027 from the Excise & Taxation Department and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System.

Submission method: Complete electronic bids (E-Bids) must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security equal to 1% of the estimated cost for each lot must be furnished electronically on the Punjab e-Procurement System and payment receipt attached to the bid. No physical bid security (CDR/Bank Guarantee) will be accepted.

Procurement is governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (Amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Government College University Lahore may reject any or all bids under Rule 35 of PPRA.
