Tender: Construction/Rehabilitation of Blacktop Road Nautal to Gandawah, District Jhal Magsi

Project Director Nautal to Gandawah, Jhal Magsi & M-8 to Saif Abad Road, District Jhal Magsi invites e-bids through the EPPs system under the Composite Schedule of Rates (CSR) 2026, Government of Balochistan, for the following works.

Eligibility & conditions: Firms/contractors must be validly registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), renewed and holding Category C-1 or above with relevant specialization codes; registered with Balochistan Revenue Authority; listed on the Active Tax Payers List (FBR ATL). Bidders must have completed at least two similar assignments. The bidder must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency.

Bid security: 3% of the estimated cost in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank, in the name of the undersigned. Method of procurement: Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure. Tender documents may be downloaded from the BPPRA website (www.bppra.org.pk). A non-refundable tender processing fee of Rs. 5,000 is required.

Submission & opening: Bids shall be submitted electronically via the EPPs system. Bids will be opened on the date and time specified in the bidding documents.
