National Council for Homoeopathy Tender for IT Equipment & Consumables (Ref. NCH/F.1-2/Gen. Tender/2026)

Issuer: National Council for Homoeopathy (Ministry of National Health Services Regulations & Coordination, Islamabad). Reference: Ref. No. NCH/F.1-2 (Gen. Tender)/2026. Dated: 30 September 2026.

Purpose: Supply of upgraded IT equipment and consumable stationery items. Electronic bids (single stage – Technical/Financial) are invited from original manufacturers or authorized distributors registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax.

How to apply: Submit electronic bids via the e-procurement portal www.eprocure.gov.pk (EPADS). Manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day.

Key dates and submission details: Electronic bids must be submitted on EPADS on or before 2026-10-20 (Tuesday) by 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on 2026-10-20 at 11:30 AM.

Bid security / Earnest Money: Bidders must furnish 5% bid security of the estimated value in the form of a Bank Draft / Pay Order in favor of the Registrar, National Council for Homoeopathy (Rawalpindi). Security of unsuccessful bidders will be returned.

Other conditions: Bidders must meet eligibility/registration requirements (FBR registration, original manufacturer or authorized distributor). Technical and financial proposals must be submitted as instructed in the tender documents. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per rules.
