Municipal Corporation Rawalpindi invites electronic bids (Punjab e-Procurement System) for an annual framework contract (2026-27) up to 30-06-2027 for patch work, rehabilitation of culverts/nullah and rehabilitation/maintenance of office and residential buildings.
Eligibility: tax-registered bidders/firms enlisted with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category for 2026-27. Procurement will follow Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated/allocated cost must be submitted electronically through Punjab e-PS.

Bidders may apply for all lots or any single lot; items within a lot cannot be selected individually. All prevailing taxes will be deducted as applicable.
