NUMS Invitation for Tender – Chemicals, Consumables, Equipment & Reagents for IRF Project at AFIP Rawalpindi

Issuer: Procurement Directorate, National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS). Purpose: Procurement of chemical and consumable items, equipment and reagents for the IRF Project at AFIP Rawalpindi under a "Single Stage – Two Envelopes" tendering procedure via PPRA E-PADS.

Key requirements and procedures:

Bidders must have a minimum of two (02) years' relevant experience in supply of consumables, chemicals, reagents or equipment to public or private sector organizations/institutes. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR for GST and Income Tax. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted separately; technical proposals will be opened first and evaluated, and financial proposals of technically qualified bidders will be opened at a later stage.

Bid security equivalent to 2% of the total bid value (refundable) must be provided in the form of Call Deposit / Bank Draft / Pay Order drawn in favour of "NUMS" and physically submitted to NUMS; a scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded on PPRA E-PADS before the tender closing date and time.

Tender documents may be obtained from the office of the Procurement Directorate upon submission of a Pay Order / Demand Draft of PKR 3,000/- (non-refundable) in favour of "NUMS" during working hours.

Submission & opening:

NUMS reserves the right to increase or decrease the scope or quantities as per requirement and to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA Rules, 2004.
