PITB Invitation to Bid — Event Management Services Framework Contract (Estimated PKR 70,000,000)

Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) invites bids for procurement of Event Management Services for various PITB projects under a framework contract (NDP-04). Tendering will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 on a Single Stage - two Envelope Bidding Procedure.

Tender documents are available free for download at www.pitb.gov.pk and www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Bidders must submit separate technical and financial bids, duly completed, signed and stamped, and upload bids online on the Punjab E-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk.

Submission deadline: Bids must be submitted online by 11:00 hours on 2026-10-16. Bids will be opened at 11:30 hours on the same date. For electronic bids submission, bidders are requested to register at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk; for queries regarding registration contact 1248.

Required documents include income/sales tax registration certificate and other documents as specified in the tender document. Incomplete, unsigned, late, or otherwise non-conforming bids will not be considered. PITB reserves the right to reject all bids under Rule-35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
