Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) invites sealed online bids for the procurement of Event Management Services under Framework Contract NDP-04 in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure).

Tender documents are available for free download at www.pitb.gov.pk and www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Technical and Financial bids must be completed, signed, stamped and submitted online via the Punjab E-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk.
Submission deadline: 11:00 hours on 2026-10-16. Bids will be opened at 11:30 hours on the same date. Income/Sales Tax registration certificate and other documents mentioned in the tender document must accompany bids. Incomplete, unsigned, late, or improperly submitted bids will not be considered.
