Issuer: Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) — Project Implementation Unit (PIU) for the Integrated Flood Resilience and Adaptation Project (IFRAP) / Modernization of Hydromet Services in Pakistan (MHSP).
Purpose: Selection of four (4) individual international consultants to serve on the International Panel of Experts (IPEs) under Component II (Strengthening Hydromet and Climate Services).

Selection method: Competitive Selection of Individual Consultants under the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (November 2020).
