Tender No. 01/2026-27 — Procurement of Stationery, Computer Stationery & Other Items, District & Sessions Judge Gujranwala

Issuer: Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Gujranwala. Sealed/electronic bids are invited through Punjab e-Procurement / e-PADS under Single Stage-One Envelope procedure from eligible and reputed firms, authorized distributors/dealers/suppliers for supply of stationery, computer stationery and other items.

Key conditions and submission details:

- Bids must be submitted electronically through Punjab e-Procurement / e-PADS on or before 2026-10-17 at 10:30 AM.

- Bids will be opened on 2026-10-17 at 11:30 AM in the Chamber of the Chairman Procurement Committee, Sessions Court, Gujranwala.

- Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost for each lot is required in the prescribed form. The original bid security instrument must be submitted to the Accounts Branch, Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Gujranwala.

- Successful bidder(s) shall furnish a 10% performance guarantee/security of the accepted contract value where required under the bidding documents.

- Bidders must possess valid tax registrations (NTN/Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax/Professional Tax where applicable) and relevant experience/similar work orders as required in the bidding documents.

- Quoted rates must be inclusive of all applicable taxes, duties, freight, transportation, delivery and incidental charges unless otherwise specified in the e-PADS schedule.

- Procurement shall be governed by applicable Punjab Procurement Rules, PPRA rules and e-procurement instructions. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with the rules.
