PITB Invitation to Bid — Event Management Services (Framework Contract NPD-04)

Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) invites bids for procurement of Event Management Services for various PITB projects under Framework Contract NPD-04.

Procurement will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 on a single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure. Tender documents are available for download free of cost at www.pitb.gov.pk and www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk.

Technical and financial bids (separate), duly completed, signed and stamped, must be submitted online on the Punjab E-Procurement System (eP) at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted by 1100 hours on 16 October; bids will be opened at 1130 hours the same day in accordance with PPRA Rules.

Income/sales tax registration certificate and other documents mentioned in the Tender Document must accompany bids. Bidders are advised to ensure upload on the eP portal before the submission deadline. Incomplete, unsigned, stamped late, or wrongly submitted bids will not be considered. Note: PITB management may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance of a bid or proposal as provided under Rule-35 of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
