National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS) invites sealed bids for the purchase of chemical, consumable items, equipment and reagents for the IRF Project at AFIP Rawalpindi. Bids are invited on a "Single Stage – Two Envelopes" basis through PPRA e-PAFs/E-PADS from financially sound firms/companies with relevant experience.

| Document Fee | Pay Order / Demand Draft of PKR 3,000 (non-refundable) in favor of "NUMS" to obtain bidding documents from NUMS procurement office. |
| Deadline & Opening | Last date for submission: 2026-10-05 by 09:30. Technical proposals will be opened same day at or after 10:00 in the Conference Room, NUMS (ATR), Adiyala Road, Rawalpindi, in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives. |
| Important Notes | Late, incomplete bids or bids submitted by fax/email will not be entertained. NUMS may increase/decrease scope or accept/reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA Rules, 2004. Registration on the EPADS is required for participation. |
