Tender: Auditorium Extension & Revamping at Pak Red Crescent Medical College & Teaching Hospital, Kasur

Pak Red Crescent Medical College & Teaching Hospital invites sealed bids from well‑reputed firms/contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) C‑6 or above for extension and revamping work of the Auditorium Building at PRCMC&TH, Dina Nath.

Bidding procedure: Single Stage One Envelope bidding in accordance with applicable rules.

Tender documents: Obtainable from the office of the undersigned on submission of a written request on firm letterhead and payment of a non‑refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,000 (cash or deposit to PRCMC bank account).

Bid security: Each bid must be accompanied by 2% of the estimated cost (Rs. 84,000) as CDR/Pay Order/Demand Draft issued by a scheduled bank in favor of "Pak Red Crescent Medical & Dental College."

Submission & opening: Sealed bids must reach the Medical Superintendent, Pak Red Crescent Medical College & Teaching Hospital, 48‑Km Multan Road, Dina Nath, Kasur on or before 08 October 2026 at 12:30 p.m. Bids will be opened at 01:00 p.m. on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

Conditional, incomplete, unsigned, late bids or bids without the prescribed bid security will be liable to rejection. PRCMC&TH reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
