Punjab Highway Department Tender — Dualization/Rehabilitation, Sheikhupura (Bid Opening 2026-10-21)

Punjab Highway Department invites e-tenders from engineering firms/contractors for the dualization/rehabilitation of road from Housing Colony Chowk to Farooqabad (Lahore–Sheikhupura–Sanglauda Road), Part-A: 46.40 km to 54.20 km, Length = 7.80 km. The contract is issued by the Executive Engineer, Highway Division, Sheikhupura.

Eligibility and submission method:

• Only firms/contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category (C‑1 and above) and in the relevant codes (Road & Pavements CE01 and Bridge Structures CE02) may participate.
• All bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) and submit bids electronically via that portal.
• Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted through the digital online payment link on the Punjab e-Procurement System (linked with Bank of Punjab) in favour of the Executive Engineer, Highway Division Sheikhupura.
• Performance security/guarantee: the lowest evaluated bidder shall submit performance security @ 10% of the bid amount within 15 days of issuance of letter of intent, payable as CDR, bank draft, pay order, or bank guarantee as prescribed.
• Bids failing to comply with e-procurement submission rules will be rejected.
