PITB Invitation to Bid: Procurement of Event Management Services (Framework NDP-04)

Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), Government of the Punjab, invites bids for the procurement of Event Management Services under Framework Contract (NDP-04) for various PITB projects. Procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 using a Single Stage – Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Technical and financial bids must be submitted separately and uploaded online via the Punjab E-Procurement System.

Tender documents are available for free download at www.pitb.gov.pk and www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Online submission of Technical and Financial bids must be made at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Bids must be uploaded by 1100 hours on 2016-10-16; bids will be opened at 1130 hours on the same date in accordance with PPRA/Punjab Procurement Rules.
