Punjab Horticulture Authority Multan — E-Tender Notice for Supply and Installation Works

Punjab Horticulture Authority (Horticulture Agency Multan) invites online bids from engineering firms/contractors on item-rate basis through the Punjab e-Procurement System for multiple supply and installation works. Participation is subject to PPRA and Punjab e-Procurement rules; firms must be registered with PEC for the current financial year in the relevant category (C-6 or higher) with relevant CE code where applicable. All bids must be submitted electronically on the Punjab e-Procurement System; physical instruments including Call Deposit Receipts (CDRs) are not accepted. A 2% bid security (submitted electronically) is required. Tender documents must be signed, stamped and submitted on the e-procurement website. The Procuring Committee/Tenders Opening Committee will open bids at the office of the Director Engineering, Horticulture Agency Multan at the prescribed dates and times.

Important notes: Bid security must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Tender documents and responses are available and must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement portal and may be reviewed on the PPRA website. Where a bid is abnormally low (≤5% of approved estimated DNIT), the lowest bidder may be required to deposit up to 10% Quality Assurance Security from a scheduled bank within 15 days as per applicable PPRA rules.
