Tender: Construction of Office-cum-Residence for Deputy Director R&D, Newly Merged Area, Peshawar

Deputy Director Research & Development, Newly Merged Area, Peshawar invites bids through the EPADS e-procurement system under KP-PPRA Rules 2014 (Single Stage One Envelope) for construction work funded by the Forest Development Fund.

Bids must be submitted online via EPADS (https://eprocure.gov.pk/) and hard copies delivered to the Office of the Deputy Director, Newly Merged Area, Shami Road, Peshawar. Proposals must be signed and stamped by the authorized firm representative. Tender procedures, eligibility (registration with E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS), Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration for 2026-2027, KPRA active, FBR/NTN active), and other terms will apply as specified in the bid documents.

Submission deadline: 2026-10-22 by 11:00 AM (online via EPADS). Hard copies to be delivered same day. Bids will be opened on 2026-10-22 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

Important conditions: 02% call deposit as earnest money; incomplete or late bids will not be entertained; procuring entity may reject any or all bids per KP-PPRA rules; additional bid security rules apply where bid rates exceed limits; single-stage one-envelope financial proposal procedure applies.
