Executive Engineer Hyderabad Invites Tenders for Reconstruction of GBHS No.1 Tando Jam (ADP No.434/615)

Office of the Executive Engineer, Education Works Division Hyderabad invites e-bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) of SPPRA Sindh for reconstruction works under ADP No.434/615 (remaining works).

Eligibility and key requirements:

• Valid and active Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) registration certificate.
• Active Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) active taxpayer list (ATL) / NTN and CNIC of owner/proprietor.
• Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant field/specialization (CE-10) for year 2026-27.
• List of completed works (minimum three) for last three years (2024–2026) with satisfactory completion certificates.
• List of ongoing works (three) for last three years (2024–2026) with documentary evidence.
• Details of machinery/equipment, technical personnel and site management staff.
• Bank statements for last three years (2024–2026); cash availability of 10% of estimated cost of work.
• Financial capability: minimum turnover of 80% of the estimated cost of applied work.
• Current e-stamp affidavit confirming firm is not involved in litigation or abandoned contracts and is not blacklisted.

Additional notes:

• Technical proposals will be opened on 16-10-2026 at 11:00 AM; financial bids of technically qualified firms will be opened later and date communicated via the portal.
• Bids priced 20% below the Engineer's estimate are liable to rejection; ceiling allowed up to 10% below for certain items (Part-B).
• Bid security/earnest money must be from the account of the participating company/firm; hard copy original bid security should be submitted in sealed envelope as instructed.
• No joint venture firms allowed; conditional or telephonic bids without bid security will not be considered.
• Bidding documents to be downloaded from the E-Pads (SPPRA Sindh) portal.
