Office of the Dean, MTI Hayatabad Medical Complex and Affiliate Institutes (KGMC, IKD, B&PSC, PICO and FHH), Peshawar invites applications under the Medical Teaching Institution (MTI) Act 2015 for faculty positions at MTI-HMC and affiliated institutes.

| Faculty (General Medicine; General Medicine – on locum basis for 01 year initially; Thoracic Surgery; Cardiac Anesthesia; ENT) | MBBS or equivalent medical qualification recognized/registered by PM&DC. PM&DC-recognized specialty qualification or equivalent approved by the Standing Recognition Committee (SRC) and registration with PM&DC. Candidate must meet PM&DC and MTI criteria for faculty selection. | Appointments will be offered at appropriate faculty level (Assistant, Associate or Full Professor) and grade/scale as per IPS MTI-HMC & affiliate institutes. |
| Associate Professor – Optometry (PICO) | PhD in Optometry or equivalent with 3 years teaching & research experience as Assistant Professor; OR MS/MPhil in Optometry or equivalent with 8 years teaching & research experience. Minimum 5 research publications in HEC-recognized journals. Allied Health Professionals Council (AHPC) registration mandatory. Preference to candidates with PhD. | Offered grade/scale as per IPS MTI-HMC & affiliate institutes. |
How to apply: Submit application on prescribed form with detailed bio-data and attested academic/experience documents to the Human Resource Department, Khyber Girls Medical College, PDA Building Block-IV, Phase-V Hayatabad, Peshawar within two (02) weeks of the publication in the newspaper.
Application processing fee: Rs. 3,000 (non-refundable). Deposit with the cashier (Account Section) KGMC, Peshawar or submit online to KGMC account titled “Salary Account of KGMC Employees” Account No. 3005642387 at Bank of Khyber (BOK). Attach original deposit slip with the application.
Additional conditions: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. Candidates already serving in MTI-HMC and affiliate institutes must apply through proper channel and provide NOC from HR of their parent institution. Original documents must be produced at the time of interview. No TA/DA is admissible. Selection will be subject to MTI/Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical & Teaching Institutions Reform (MTI) Act, 2015 and approval by competent authorities.
