Mandatory documents include: valid registration with the Federal Board of Revenue and listing on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL); valid Professional Tax Certificate for the current year; updated Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in Category C‑6 or above with relevant contractor codes for Mechanical (HVAC) and electrical/low‑voltage/telecom works; copy of CNIC; and affidavits on stamp paper confirming firm ownership, no blacklisting and details of litigation. Bidders must submit original bid security, bids and mandatory documents in person to the Sr. Joint Director ES (Civil) Task Force, JIAP, by the stated deadline.
PAA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per PPRA rules. Financial instruments that are found fake or are dishonored at any stage will lead to blacklisting and legal action.
