SIFC (Cabinet Secretariat) Islamabad Tender for Office, Computer & Miscellaneous Stationery 2026

Issuer: Government of Pakistan — Cabinet Secretariat, Special Investment Facilitation Council Division (SIFC), Islamabad. Purpose: Supply/provision of office stationery, computer stationery and miscellaneous items for SIFC for FY 2026–2027.

Eligibility: Reputed firms/suppliers registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax departments. Income tax and other government taxes will be deducted at source as per rules. Blacklisted firms will not be entertained.

Submission method & deadline: Electronic bids prepared in accordance with bidding documents must be submitted via the EPDAS/e‑procurement system (https://procure.gov.pk) on or before 2026-10-20 by 11:00 AM; bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bids and cheques will not be accepted. Original bid security must be submitted to the office of the Deputy Director (General), SIFC, Islamabad before the closing hours of the bid submission time.

Rates quoted must remain valid until 2027-06-30. Tendering will follow PPRA rules; e‑bidding documents, detailed terms and conditions, specifications and required forms are available on the e‑procurement portal.
