SIFC (Cabinet Secretariat) Tender: Supply of Office, Computer & Miscellaneous Stationery for FY 2026-27

Government of Pakistan — Cabinet Secretariat, Special Investment Facilitation Council Division (SIFC) invites e-tenders from registered firms/suppliers (with Sales Tax and Income Tax registration) for the supply/provision of stationery and miscellaneous items for FY 2026-2027. Electronic bids prepared in accordance with bidding documents and accompanied by the required bid security must be submitted through the EPADS e-procurement portal.

Key details:

- Submission deadline for e-bids via EPADS: 2026-10-20 by 11:00 hrs; bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 hrs.

- Original bid security (as per bidding documents) must be submitted to the undersigned before closing hours; manual bids will not be accepted.

- Income tax and other government taxes will be deducted at source. GST and AGPR vendor number requirements apply as per bidding documents. Procurement rules and PPRA rules will govern evaluation; the procuring authority reserves the right to accept or reject any bid.
