| Joint Director — Investor Education & Complaints Department | 01 | Islamabad | Master's/Bachelor's degree (equivalent to 16 years of education) in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Education, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized institution | Minimum 10 years in investor education, financial literacy, capital markets, or a related field; preferably with exposure to a regulatory, financial-sector, or educational institution | Maximum 45 years as of closing date |
Appointments: Contractual basis for a term of three (3) years, renewable based on organisational need and performance. The Commission may consider regularization after three years subject to prescribed criteria.
