National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) invites applications for the post of Director Staff College (VP/SVP) in the Learning & Development function based at NBP Head Office, Karachi. The role requires a seasoned learning & development professional to lead corporate training, curriculum design and organizational development initiatives across the bank.

Core responsibilities and skills: design and development of training programs and curriculum; manage internal and external trainers; align training initiatives with Bank strategy and learning needs; lead project management for training roll-outs; maintain training records and evaluation; stakeholder engagement across business lines; excellent facilitation, presentation, leadership, coaching and organizational skills; proficiency in MS Office.
