Director Finance, M/s Xpert Engineering Pvt. Ltd. announces an open auction of surplus stores and scrap on Wednesday, 2026-09-30 at 09:00 hours. Venue: M/s Xpert Engineering Pvt. Ltd., opposite E&ME College, near Goira More, Peshawar Road, Rawalpindi.

Participation requirements: All interested participants must bring their original Computerized National Identity Card and deposit a Bank Draft/Pay Order/CDR of Rs. 1,000,000 in favour of Director Finance, M/s Xpert Engineering Pvt. Ltd., Rawalpindi as token money (refundable) before commencement of the auction.
Payment terms for successful bidders: the successful firm/bidder must deposit 25% of the final bid as earnest money within two days, and the remaining 75% within seven working days of the auction into the bank account mentioned in the payment schedule. Failure to comply will result in confiscation of the already deposited amount. On confirmation of full deposit, successful bidders must lift the auctioned stores within fifteen working days.
General Sales Tax and Income Tax for filers and non-filer firms/bidders will be levied according to prevailing Government of Pakistan rules. The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without giving a reason.
