Bidding documents, terms, specifications and requirements are available free of cost on PPRA and EPADS websites and the university website. Bidders must upload bids item-wise through the Punjab e-Procurement System before the closing date and time. Bids will be opened under PPRA Rule 30(1) in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
Bidders shall upload a duly signed affidavit on prescribed stamp paper along with bid documents; the procuring agency may require production of the original affidavit for verification. In case of an official holiday on the day of submission, the next working day will be treated as the closing date.
