PRCL Tender No.138 for Reinsurance of Government of Balochistan Learjet-45XR (VIP Flights) — 2027

Issuer: Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited (PRCL), Ministry of Commerce, Government of Pakistan. Tender No. 138 (PRCL-RETRO-GOB-VIP FLIGHTS)/2027 invites e-bids for retrocessional reinsurance of Government of Balochistan Learjet-45XR (AP-BKP) covering hull, hull war, TPL, PLL, and personal accident to crew & passengers for the year 2027.

Procedure and submission: Bidding will be conducted under the single-stage, two-envelope (36(b)) procedure per Public Procurement Rules 2004. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS version 2.0.

Deadlines and opening: Electronic bids must be submitted no later than 2026-11-02 at 11:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time. The technical bid envelope will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM.
