Divisional Superintendent, Pakistan Railways, Lahore invites e-bids for civil and electrical works (including special repair of the washing line) under CSR-2016 (Lahore Division) and ECSR-2021-22. Tender documents are available free at http://e.procure.gov.pk and the notice is also on www.pakrail.com and PPRA website.
Eligible PEC-registered contractors (financial category C-4 or above) with relevant specialization codes CE-09, CE-10, EE-4 or EE-11 and a valid NTN on the FBR Active Taxpayer List must submit bids via the E-PADS system. A scanned CDR as bid security (in the name of Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways, Lahore, with firm/agency name on the CDR) must be uploaded; the original CDR and a hard copy of bidding documents must be submitted to the Tender Box at the office of Divisional Engineer-I, Pakistan Railways, Boghi Road, Lahore. Bids must be uploaded before 11:00 hours on 2026-07-20; bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 hours.
