Tender: Local Purchase of Medicines & Surgical Items for Prime Minister Sehat Sahulat Program — DHQ Hospital Gahkuch

Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Gahkuch (District Headquarters Hospital Gahkuch) invites sealed tenders from well reputed, experienced, licensed and registered firms, distributors, dealers, manufacturers, pharmacies and service providers for supply for the financial year 2026-27.

Pre-bid meeting: 2026-09-28 at 11:00 AM in the office of the Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Gahkuch (Ghizer).

Eligibility & application: Only firms that have purchased bidding documents are eligible to participate in the pre-bid meeting. Firms must provide proof (copy of treasury challan) of purchase of the bidding document at the time of the meeting. Bids must be accompanied by bid security/CDR from a scheduled bank. Registered firms having valid licenses and registration shall be eligible to participate. Quotations must be submitted on the firm’s original letterhead, duly signed and stamped.

Key terms: Tender received after the stipulated time will not be entertained. Rates must be computerized and free from cutting, overwriting or erasing. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable procurement rules. Successful bidders will be required to furnish a performance security equal to 10% of the annual estimated contract value in the form of CDR within the prescribed period after issuance of the letter of acceptance. Tender documents are available from the office of the undersigned during duty hours on written request with treasury challan of tender document fee as per finance act/directives 2025-26. The successful bidder shall establish and maintain a medicine dispensing facility within the Medical Superintendent DHQ Hospital Gahkuch office or an easily accessible point near hospital premises.
