PHE Division Battagram Tender: Construction of Drinking Water Supply & Sanitation Schemes (Single Stage Two Envelope)

Office of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division Battagram invites electronic bids from eligible government-registered contractors on Single Stage Two Envelope procedure for construction of drinking water supply and sanitation schemes in District Battagram under ADP for the year 2025-26.

Bidding documents including BOQs, SBDs and instructions can be downloaded from eprocure.gov.pk and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa KPPRA. Contractors/firms must submit technical and financial bids through the EPADs e-procurement system. Bid security of 2% and applicable stamp duty are required as per Khyber Pakhtunkhwa rules and Finance Act provisions.

Technical proposals will be evaluated first; financial proposals of technically responsive bidders will be opened thereafter. Other terms include provision of affidavits, valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council where applicable, submission of updated audit report, and compliance with all KPPRA and PHE Division conditions.
