Tender Notice — Public Health Engineering Division Battagram: Hydro Power Districts Development Project (Single-Stage, Two-Envelope)

Office of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division Battagram invites electronic bids from eligible Government-registered contractors on Single Stage Two Envelope procedure for works under the Hydro Power Generating Districts Development Project (Block provision funded from 10% Net Hydel Profit), ADP #250728 for the year 2026-27.

Works comprise nine tender packages for PCC street/sewerage lines, water supply schemes and drill bore/pressure pump installations in various union councils of Battagram district. Bidding documents, BOQs, SBDs and instructions to bidders are available on the official EPADs/PPRA/KPPRA portals and from the PHE Division office. Bids must be submitted/uploaded through EPADs and hard copies of technical proposals with required documents must be deposited as instructed. A bid security of 2% in the shape of CDR is required. Technical bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives; financial bids of technically qualified firms will be opened later as per the procedure.
