Issuer: Office of the Assistant Director (Senior), Local Govt & RDD, District Tank. Purpose: Sealed tenders are invited through ePADS for uplifting/beautification activities including infrastructure improvements, model streets, entry gate and footpaths in Tank City under Provincial ADP 2025-26 (Southern Districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa).
Eligibility: Government contractors registered with PEC and enlisted with the C&W Department under the Centralized Enlistment Policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Procurement method: Single Stage Two Envelope (Technical & Financial proposals).

Bidders must register on ePADS and obtain a username and password. Technical and Financial proposals must be submitted in accordance with the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure; specific submission instructions are provided in the bidding documents.
Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost in the shape of call deposit in favour of Assistant Director (Senior), LG&RDD Headquarter Tank. Bids will be evaluated on technical responsiveness; only technically responsive bidders' financial bids will be opened. Bids valid for 90 days from closing date.
