Public Health Engineering Division, Tank (Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa) invites online electronic bids from eligible firms/contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), KP Revenue Authority (KPRA) and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) through the E-PADS system under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure for the execution of the following works.

Eligibility Requirements: Valid PEC registration; active KPRA registration; active FBR/NTN certificate; KP Central Enlistment Registration; copy of CNIC. Bidders must attach photocopies of listed documents.
Key Terms: Bids to be submitted online via E-PADS before the closing date. Bid security of 2% in the form of a Call Deposit in favour of the Executive Engineer, PHE Division Tank is required. Bids remain valid for 90 days from opening. Tender documents and bid submission instructions are available on the E-PADS website. The department may accept or reject any or all bids as per applicable procurement rules and relevant KPPR notifications.
