Submission & schedule:
- Bids must be submitted through E-PADS before the closing date and time. Original bid security and required documents where applicable must be physically submitted in a sealed envelope before opening time as per instructions.
- Last date for submission of bids: 2026-10-15 at 12:05 (Noon).
- Technical bids will be opened on 2026-10-15 at 13:05 in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
- Last date for clarification: up to 2026-10-12 at 15:00.
- Financial bids of only technically responsive bidders will be opened on a date to be announced later.
Key financial & compliance requirements:
- Bid security: 2% and stamp duty as per Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Finance Act No. XIII of 2021 (as applicable).
- Tender fee: 0.03% of bid cost in the shape of CDR attached with the Financial Proposal (original).
- Quoted rates must be in words and figures on duly signed and stamped documents; discrepancies will be handled per the bidding documents.
