Issuer: Government of Pakistan, Cabinet Secretariat — Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC), Islamabad. SIFC invites sealed/electronic tenders from reputed firms/suppliers registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments for supply/provision of stationery and miscellaneous items for FY 2026-2027.

Key submission details and conditions:
- Electronic bids must be prepared in accordance with bidding documents and submitted via the e-procurement system (EPADs) along with bid security instrument by 2026-02-10 before 11:00 hrs; bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 hrs.
- Rates quoted by vendors must remain valid until 2027-06-30. Income tax and other government taxes will be deducted at source.
- GST and AGPR Vendor Number must be clearly written on tender documents; tenders without these numbers will not be entertained. Manual bids will not be accepted.
- Original bid security (CDR) of the specified amount must be submitted to the office of the Deputy Director (General), SIFC, Islamabad before the closing hours; failure to submit original CDR will result in rejection of the bid.
- Blacklisted firms or firms violating PPRA rules are not eligible. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders and to vary quantities. Delivery to be made within two (02) days of issuance of purchase/supply order. Evaluation will follow PPRA rules and instructions.
