LESCO Construction Circle Tender Notice — EP-57 to EP-62 Civil & Pole Works (Closing 2026-10-28)

Project Director, Construction Circle, Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) invites sealed/e-bids for multiple civil and pole erection packages (EP-57 to EP-62). Each tender has an estimated cost of Rs. 4.5 million and covers safe loading/unloading, carriage, transportation, assembling, excavation, erection, complete earthing, concrete foundation works, curing and backfilling for HT steel structures and PCC/HTCC spun poles.

Eligibility: Firms must be registered and renewed for 2026-27 with PEC holding relevant specialization (EE-04, EE-05 as specified) and be on the Active Taxpayers List. Firms must be registered on the e-PAk/EPADS platform and provide documentary evidence of eligibility and past experience.

Submission & Bid Security: Bids to be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0. An original bid security of Rs. 100,000 in the form of CDR, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee in favour of Project Director, Construction Circle LESCO must be furnished as specified. Successful bidder will furnish 10% Performance Security.

Deadlines: Closing (bid submission) 2026-10-28 at 11:30 AM. Bid opening 2026-10-28 at 12:00 PM.
