E‑Tender: Adaptive Alterations to Punjab Food Authority Building, Lahore

Communication & Works Department, 1st Buildings Division, Lahore invites e-tenders under PPRA rules for adaptive changes (addition/alteration) to the Punjab Food Authority building to serve as a Narcotics Control Station & Punjab CNF Training Academy, Lahore. Single Stage Two-Envelope procedure will be used; contractors/ firms must be enlisted/renewed with PEC for the financial year 2026-27 in category C-4 or above with specialization code CE10.

Procurement will be carried out through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Interested applicants/contractors must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System and the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website and upload technical and financial proposals on the e-procurement portal. Manual bids will not be accepted.

Earnest money must be submitted via 1-Link / Online Bank Transfer from any scheduled bank through the PSID generated on the Punjab e-Procurement System, equal to 5% of the estimated cost. Bidders must upload technical proposals and financial proposals as separate documents on the e-procurement website.

Opening of Financial Bids: 5th day after publication of the Technical Bids.
