Stylers International Limited hereby summons its shareholders to the 3rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Tuesday, 2026-10-27 at 11:30 AM at the Company's registered office: 20 KM Ferozepur Road, Glaxo Town, Lahore. | Ordinary Business | 1) Receive, consider and adopt audited financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2026 together with Chairman's, Directors' and Auditor's reports. 2) Declare and approve final cash dividend for the year ended June 30, 2026 of Rs. 0.75 per share (7.5%), bringing total cash distribution to Rs. 1.50 per share (15%). 3) Appoint auditors and fix their remuneration for the year 2026–27; note recommendation of the Audit Committee and retirement of the existing auditors. |

Limited) will be considered in time to determine entitlement to the dividend and attendance at the AGM as per the procedures noted in the notice.
