Submission details: Duly filled ballot papers must be sent to the Chairman, Millat Tractors Limited at 9 K.M. Sheikhupura Road, Shahdara, Lahore or emailed to [email protected]. Ballot papers should reach the Chairman within business hours on or before Monday, 2026-10-19. Late, incomplete, unsigned, defaced or overwritten ballot papers will be rejected. Corporate representatives must attach an attested copy of relevant authorization documents as required by the Companies Act.
