Saif Textile Mills Limited — Postal Ballot for Special Business and Related‑Party Transaction Approval

Issuer: Saif Textile Mills Limited. Shareholders are invited to vote by postal ballot for special business at the Extra‑Ordinary/Annual General Meeting to be held on 2026-10-27 at 12:00 noon at the company's registered office (APTMA House, Tehkal Payan, Jamrud Road, Peshawar) and through electronic means.

Purpose: To consider and approve, by postal ballot, the proposed special resolutions relating to transactions entered into by the Company with related parties in the ordinary course of business and to authorize the Chief Executive and other officers to execute and do all acts and things necessary in connection with such transactions.

How to vote / submit ballot:

- Duly filled postal ballot should be sent to the Chairman of Saif Textile Mills Limited at All Centre, Plot No. 71, Street No. 60, Business Square, Gulberg Greens, Islamabad.

- The completed ballot may also be emailed to the Chairman at: [email protected].

Required information and enclosures: CDC Participant / Investor ID with sub‑account number, copy of CNIC or passport (in case of foreigner), name and address of shareholder, signature or authorized signatory details. Authorized signatories should attach proof of authorization where applicable.

Notes: Completed ballots must be submitted in accordance with the instructions on the ballot paper and will be treated in accordance with the Company’s voting procedures for postal ballots.
