Who may vote: Registered shareholders (or their representatives in case of corporate shareholders) must enter name, registered address, folio number, CNIC copy (to be attached), number of shares and indicate assent or dissent by marking the appropriate box and signing the form.
Submission instructions and requirements: Duly filled and signed original postal ballot must be sent to the Chairman at the registered office. A copy of CNIC/Passport (in case of foreigner) must be enclosed. Postal ballot forms must reach the Chairman by 2026-10-22 during office hours (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). Ballots received after that date/time will not be considered. The poll will be held on 2026-10-27 at 11:30 a.m. at the Registered Office. Members may also download the ballot paper from the Company website.
