Millat Tractors Limited Postal Ballot — Ratification of Subsidiary Transactions & CEO Authorization (AGM Oct 27, 2026)

Issuer: Millat Tractors Limited. Shareholders are invited to vote by postal ballot on special business ahead of the Annual General Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, October 27, 2026 at 12:00 A.M. at the Company's registered office: 9 K.M. Sheikhupura Road, Shahdara, Lahore.

Purpose: To ratify and approve transactions conducted with subsidiary/associated companies for the year ended June 30, 2026 (Resolution No. 5) and to authorize the Chief Executive to approve transactions with subsidiary/associated companies for the year ending June 30, 2027 on a case-by-case basis (Resolution No. 6).

How to vote: Indicate assent (FOR) or dissent (AGAINST) for Resolution No. 5 and Resolution No. 6 by ticking the relevant box on the postal ballot form.

Submission requirements and deadline:

• Duly filled ballot paper must be sent to the Chairman, Millat Tractors Limited, 9 K.M. Sheikhupura Road, Shahdara, Lahore or emailed to [email protected].
• Enclose a copy of CNIC/Passport (or for corporate representatives, required authorization documents and CNIC of authorized person).
• Postal ballot must reach the Chairman within business hours on or before 2026-10-19; ballots received after this date will not be considered.
• Signature on the ballot must match CNIC/Passport. Incomplete, unsigned, defaced, overwritten, or incorrect ballots will be rejected.
