PakSat Int'l Private Limited invites applications for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on a contractual basis to lead its satellite services, marketing and sales operations.

| Qualification | Master's degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration (desirable). Specialization in Marketing/Management/Engineering Management. Minimum 18 years of education from HEC-recognized national or international university. |
| Experience & Eligibility | Minimum 15 years of post-qualification relevant professional experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles. Pakistani nationals (male/female) with maximum age of 57 years as of closing date. Dual-national applications not entertained. Strong background in telecom, satellite communications, national and international marketing, sales and business development. |
| Key Responsibilities & Skills | Strategic leadership and business development for satellite services, formulation and management of company policies, commercial and regulatory engagement (including SECP compliance and international/national taxation), stakeholder relations with local and international partners, and commercial growth initiatives. Proven ability to build and lead teams and implement market and product strategies. |
| Contract Terms | Initial contract for three years, extendable up to age 60 subject to annual performance evaluation by the Board of Directors. |
| Compensation | Market-based competitive package. |
| Application Requirements | Submit detailed CV, signed application (soft copy) and scanned supporting documents. Required documents include copy of CNIC, Rs.50 non-judicial stamp declaration confirming eligibility to act as CEO under Companies Act and supporting rules, degrees/testimonials duly verified by HEC or the relevant professional body. |
| Other Conditions | Candidates in Government service must apply through proper channel and submit NOC at interview. Management reserves the right to reject any or all applications and to withdraw the recruitment process. Only shortlisted candidates will be invited; no TA/DA for interview. |
