PakSat Int'l Private Limited invites applications for the post of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on a contractual basis to lead its national and international satellite bandwidth sales and marketing business. The CEO will be based at the company Head Office in Islamabad and will be responsible for strategic planning, business development, policy formulation, partner liaison and commercial leadership for national satellite services.

Qualification & Experience	Master's degree in Engineering and Business Administration desirable; specialization in Marketing/Management/Engineering Management. Minimum 18 years of education from an HEC-recognized national or international university. At least 15 years post-qualification professional experience with minimum 5 years in senior leadership roles. Extensive experience in telecom, satellite communications, international & national marketing, sales and business development in the services sector.
Eligibility & Age	Pakistani nationals (male/female). Maximum age 57 years at closing date. Applications from dual nationals will not be entertained.
Key Skills & Responsibilities	Develop and manage company policies, programs and strategic initiatives to increase satellite bandwidth sales. Liaise with local and international enterprises, public sector entities and corporate clients; negotiate contracts and manage partnerships. Strong understanding of international satellite communication business, SECP regulations, taxation, project management and go-to-market strategies. Leadership, team building, brand development, joint ventures and negotiation skills.
Contract & Remuneration	Initial contract for 3 years from appointment, extendable up to age 60 subject to annual performance evaluation by the Board. Market-based competitive package.
