Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites applications for the post of Director General (Law) on a merit-based contractual basis in Islamabad.

| Qualifications | LL.B and LL.M degrees from a recognized university. LL.M from a foreign university preferred. |
| Experience | At least 7 years' experience as an Advocate of the High Court. Substantial litigation, transactional and corporate legal experience. Preference for in-house legal experience in a Government department or public-sector organization. Minimum two reported judgments and appearances in at least 30 cases before the High Court. Experience in constitutional, commercial, corporate, regulatory, employment or public-sector litigation is an advantage. |
| Skills & Responsibilities | Legal research, drafting, advisory, negotiation and case-management skills; ability to lead and manage a legal department, supervise external counsel, formulate litigation strategy and provide strategic legal advice to senior management. |
| Age Limit | Maximum 50 years (age relaxation as per government policy). |
| Contract & Tenure | Initial contract for 2 years (extension subject to requirement; no vested right for regular appointment or extension). |
| Application Fee | Rs. 8,000 processing fee per post. Fee must be paid online using the PSIDR/QR code generated after successful submission. |

Applications must be submitted online within 20 days of the advertisement. Postal/email/courier submissions will not be entertained. |

| Selection | Only shortlisted candidates will be called for written test/interview. No TA/DA admissible. |
