Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites applications for the position of Director General (Law) on a merit-based contractual basis.

LL.M. from a foreign university preferred. | At least 7 years' experience as an Advocate of the High Court; substantial litigation, transactional and corporate legal experience; in-house legal experience in a government/public-sector organization preferred; substantial High Court litigation with minimum two reported judgments and appearances in at least 30 High Court cases; experience in constitutional, commercial, corporate, regulatory, employment and/or public-sector litigation advantageous; strong legal research, drafting, advisory, negotiation and case-management skills; demonstrated ability to lead a legal department, supervise external counsel, formulate litigation strategy and provide strategic legal advice to senior management. | Maximum 50 years (age relaxation as per government policy) | Initial contract for 02 years (may be extended) | Islamabad |
