Punjab Rural Municipal Services Company (PRMSC) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified individual consultants for the position of Procurement & Contract Management Expert to support the Punjab Rural Sustainable Water Supply & Sanitation Project, financed by the World Bank (Loan Nos. IBRD-9267, IDA-6925).

Position Key Qualifications & Experience
Procurement & Contract Management Expert (Individual Consultant)
  • Master’s degree in Finance, Management, Procurement, Law, or a related discipline.
  • Extensive experience in procurement and contract management for civil works, preferably in water supply and sanitation or related infrastructure projects.
  • Experience implementing World Bank Procurement Regulations (Revised July 2016).
  • Proven track record of working with government agencies/municipalities.
