Key submission & eligibility requirements
- Contractors must be PEC-registered with the specified category and specialization and have PEC registration renewed for 2026-27 with active PRA.
- Contractors should have completed at least two contracts of similar nature successfully as main contractor within the last ten years; the consolidated value of such contracts must exceed 40% of the estimated BOQ cost.
- Must be an active taxpayer and provide Income Tax returns for the last three years and registration for Sales Tax / Punjab Revenue Authority as applicable.
- Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Call Deposit from a scheduled bank in favour of Project Director (GSC) FESCO Faisalabad. Original Call Deposit Receipt must be submitted one day before the opening date of e-bids and original bid documents should be made available to the office of Director GSC prior to opening.
- Bid validity: 150 days. Tender documents are available and submissions are through FESCO e-procurement / e-PADs platform as per instructions. Tenders will be opened at the Office of the Project Director (GSC), FESCO Faisalabad on the scheduled date.
